You need to ensure that AA has complete and up-to-date 'personal' information for you for the distribution and delivery of benefit and tax documents.   

1.  Current postal mailing address. 

2.  Current EMAIL address. 

3.   Current Marital Status 

4.   Any Name Change(s)  

The RETIREE PERSONAL DATA CHANGE FORM is available on the AA Retirees' Website.  

The form can be completed with your new information online.

HOWEVER:

If you want to MAIL the form to AA: 

fill in the blanks, save it, and print it.

for U.S.-based retirees who previously registered for an electronic Form W-2. You can electronically access past wages for 2019  (or later) by visiting ADP.

A Retiree ID Card is not required to travel.  However, it is required to obtain the discounts which are offered to 

AA Retirees.

You can request an AA Retiree Photo ID Card through AA's Retirees' website. Information to obtain one is located on the first page of the website.

All legacy AA pension and 401K Plans 

are now handled by FIDELITY

and are no longer handled by 

State Street. 

You can create and manage an  on-line account with Fidelity Investments.
