You may be required to notify other organizations, such as, the AA Credit Union, holders of 401k accounts, and medical insurance providers separately.

With our transition to Employee Central, our new HR system for all team members and retirees, some of our procedures for updating information have changed. Whether your marital status or name changed, or you need to update your address, please complete the Retiree Personal Data Change form and return it to American Airlines HR Services.
It could take up to (5) business days after we receive your request for your changes to take effect, and depending on your change, you may need to take a few additional steps to ensure your update is reflected in all your records.
American Airlines Federal Credit Union Members: Changes will not automatically be reflected in your AAFCU records. Please contact the Credit Union to make changes directly.
