ACCESSING MY ID TRAVEL
You can access My ID Travel through the American Airlines' Retirees' Website.
ZED is are reduced rate standby fares
on other airlines for employees and retirees.
AA currently has ZED agreements
with more than 100 carriers.
My ID Travel is an on-line tool that provides employees and retirees with the ability to purchase ZED tickets.
The on-line tool is 'MOBILE' friendly.
TICKETING & REFUND REQUESTS
AA REFUND REQUEST
If AA is the ticketing carrier (ticket number begins with 001) then all refund requests can only be refunded by AA. If AA issued the ticket contact American Airlines at firstname.lastname@example.org.
OTHER AIRLINE REFUND REQUEST
If another airline is the ticketing carrier and you are unsure about a charge, or need assistance with your refund, you will need to contact the ticketing carrier.
You will find other airline contact details in the ID Agreements tab on the MY ID TRAVEL site.

How to Create Flight Listing on Another Airline
